Types of income producing property in Cincinnati:
Single Family Homes
This is my preferred vehicle for income production. Fewer tenants, each paying more than apartment renters and assuming more utility costs and maintenance. I consider my rental homes cash machines.

1 to 4 units have some different rules than those larger apartment buildings and apartment complexes
Restaurants - You can rent to a tenant who owns the business or you can own it and run it yourself
