Dave Klotter has been named CEO of TSC Apparel. Klotter succeeds Bob Winget, who is retiring after 13 years as CEO of the wholesale appare supplier that sells T-shirts, hats, fleece and other items that can be printed with promotional logos or sold for licensed or event uses.
