Is there an exciting real estate website?

Yes!

Recent website user have started to notice it, CincyLand.com is by far the uniquely best real estate web site on the internet. It is not just about self-promotion like the others, it is actually for the consumer by being chalk full of useful information and links about all aspect of not just land and it’s development but residential and commercial real estate in general. It has far superior search features allowing much more detailed searching such as by school district or marketing keywords like “horse farms” or “churches”. CincyLand.com displays larger photographs. It allows unlimited free searching without having to register or give up your email address or phone number. It has not only searches for the entire Tri-State area MLS on-line, it also has foreclosure searches for the entire nation.  Residential and commercial real estate searches for the entire nation. Do the other big brokers site have this? No, they do not!

Cincyland.com has the most extensive community service program of any of the local real estate companies called “Unify Cincinnati”. We just donated over $100,000 worth of land to the Parkinson’s Rehabilitation institute.  During the flood of 1997 we were the only booth on fountain square giving 100% of our proceeds to the local red cross. Our original art, flood t-shirts were historically correct showing a house floating past the old riverfront stadium – and they are now part of the Cincinnati Historical Society’s flood archive.  We have sent donations of food and person hygiene items directly to front line U.S. marines stationed at the T.Q air force base 74 Kilometers north of Baghdad Iraq (Al Taqaddum Airbase - GlobalSecurity.org).

My signature land and building donation program started in 1998 has donated over $400,000 worth of real estate to local churches and non-profits. This includes in 2006, the former home at 1836 Brewster Ave. in Walnut Hills which was reborn as the “Swan House” women’s shelter. (https://www.facebook.com/The-Swan-House-272856756216012/)

It has also included donations to the Children’s Home of Cincinnati (https://www.thechildrenshomecinti.org/) and organizing training for the flying pig marathon.

CincyLand.com’s seemingly endless information trove includes original articles on Real Estate Terminology, Eminent Domain, Adverse Possession, The Neighborhood Specialist Myth, how to buy land, how to build a home, how to find a builder. Land history, landslides, Conservation, farms and farming, land survey, radon levels, well water, erosion control, local flood maps. There is an entire section on Green Construction including solar and geothermal facilitation. Does Sibcy or Coldwell supply this? No they do not.

Cincyland.com’s comprehensive Commercial Property page has not only helpful information on local commercial lenders, property management, 1031 exchanges, business brokers* and local traffic counts, it also has all the major national commercial property search links.
