Gabrielle Reynolds, co-chair of George W. Bush presidential inaugurations, dies at 69

Gabrielle Bouscaren Reynolds, who served as a national co-chair of the 2001 and 2005 inaugurations of President George W. Bush, died at her Hyde Park home on Aug. 23. She was 69. Reynolds’ husband of 47 years, Mercer Reynolds III, is the former chief fundraiser for President Bush. He led the effort to raise $270 million for Bush’s re-election, which was a record at the time.
