Some people think that they might have an advantage listing their home with a Realtor that is a neighborhood specialist.  Is this a real thing and a real advantage?  Or is it Loch Ness Monster meets Sasquatch and Chupacabra?

Wyoming, Sycamore and Loveland – some of the top rated schools and homes with wooded views,
Mason, Maineville and Lebanon – go north into the golden triangle of Warren County development.

If Hyde Park/East Walnut Hills is the “Beverly Hills” of Cincinnati then Indian Hill is the “Bel-Air” with its larger acreage lots, only residential zoning and the highest prices paid per acre in the Cincinnati area.
